Our return and refund policy lasts for 14 days.

If the item has been marked as gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the product, we will send you a voucher.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was sent to the donor, the refund will be made directly to the donor, who will be notified of the return.
