These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of products offered through the Site, made on a platform WordPress/WooCommerce.
3. Products
Product features and prices are listed on the relevant product pages. All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
- The order is considered accepted only after we send the order confirmation via email.
- We reserve the right to refuse incomplete or non-compliant orders.
5. Payments
Payment methods indicated at checkout are accepted (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). Transactions are handled via secure gateways; payment details are not stored by our website.
6. Shipping and deliveries
- Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated on the dedicated page or at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
7. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery, without penalty and without specifying the reason, except for legal exceptions (art. 59 Consumer Code).
To exercise the right, written communication must be sent to info@grottega.it. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods intact.
8. Legal guarantee
All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
9. User account
Registration is not required for purchases, but it allows you to view your order history. The user agrees to provide truthful information and keep it updated.
10. Responsibility
We are not responsible for service interruptions, viruses or other inconveniences due to force majeure or third party acts.
11. Applicable law and competent court
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Taranto has jurisdiction over disputes with consumers.
